The London Collection
Following the success of the 2013 collection, Promemoria continues the collaboration with David Collins Studio and in September 2015 announced “The London Collection”.
The new collection of furnishings represents a journey through colour, proportions and detail. The collection takes its name from London’s great squares, cherished by David Collins, and where the most important and noble London families would pass their time. The Bramham dining chair, for example celebrates Bramham Gardens. Other notable pieces in the collection include the curvaceous Grosvenor “tête à tête” love seat and the Cadogan table, available in three finishes: gold brushed blue oak, gold leaf oak and Brazilian black Agata marble. The collection includes two lamps, table and floor lamp, Eccleston e Warwick, with smooth medium bronze base and lampshade in silk. Among the new collection are the Lowndes small tables in smooth medium bronze and top in gold brushed stained blue oak, Pembridge console in antique metal and top in Antique Brown marble and Belgrave mirror in leather and smooth medium ribbed bronze. Completing the collection are the Eaton sofa with bronze base, covering in fabric and leather details, Montagu bench and stool with seat in fabric and the bronze structure enhanced with bronze fused details.
"The London Collection”, which was first presented to the public in September at the Pimlico Road showroom, was later displayed in December during the “Panettone Party” in the Promemoria showroom in Paris, Rue de Bellechasse and in Milan, via Bagutta. From March 2016 the collection can be seen in New York in the Promemoria exclusive showroom in Manhattan, on the fifth floor of “The Fine Arts Building”.
