Relax, comfort, and softness blend in this sofa and chaise longue designed by Architect Davide Sozzi as an evolution and extension of the homonymous armchair presented by Promemoria in 2023. Ecate have two different versions: the first features a seat with a rounded rectangular volume and an embracing backrest that wraps around the seat both posteriorly and laterally, in a perfect balance of lines and proportions. The second version instead recalls more of a chaise longue type, with the backrest wrapping around only on one side of the slightly inclined seat to favor the oblique posture of the body of those who recline on it to rest. The second is more similar to a chaise longue.
