„Battista“ ist ein klappbarer Beistelltisch in mattschwarzem Holz oder Leder mit einer zweiteiligen Tischplatte. Durch einen ausgeklügelten Mechanismus ist der Tisch besonders leicht zu handhaben. „Battista“ ist kleinformatig, ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht, und äußerst praktisch. Er kann aber auch plötzlich verschwinden und bietet dabei ein vergnügliches Schauspiel.

Der Klapptisch „Battista“ ist ein ikonisches Produkt von Promemoria. „Battista“ wurde 1978 geschaffen, noch vor der Gründung von Promemoria. Er ist das erste Möbelstück, das von Romeo Sozzi in seiner Werkstatt designt wurde. Die ersten Versionen des Tisches haben sich zwischenzeitlich zu unbezahlbaren Sammlerstücken entwickelt und es gab im Laufe der Jahre zahlreiche Änderungen bei Ausführung und Design.
